This is usually a recurring Friday night question... what to fix? Not for tonight mind you, I am one of those organized types who plan a weekly menu and shop accordingly. There are times when fast food entered the fray after a long tough day. But since our family gave up fast food for Lent, we have been sticking to the menu. {I am aware that it's has only been a little over a week, but it's a start} Anyway, my what to fix question is for next week. Usually it's pretty easy to make out a weekly menu, but sometimes I feel like I make the same dinners over and over. That's when I turn to my trusty cookbooks, as I am doing tonight. Wish me luck.
