Jazzing it up
About a year ago, I decided to amp up my workout routine. Walking just wasn't cutting it. So, I began attending Jazzercise classes. I have always liked aerobics and this seemed like an easy fit. It was and I was hooked. Although this is more than aerobics, you actually dance, kickbox and lift weights. And once in a while you get on that funny looking red ball. It is very tough, I fall off of it almost all the time. {so glad we only use it once a month} A lot of us do. Notice I took the picture before class, because really, who wants their picture taken while attempting to do a sit up with weights, while trying to stay sitting on the ball.
